Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 cats or dogs per apartment and require proof of vaccinations. The refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $50/month per pet. We allow caged birds (max 2) and we do allow fish if the fish tank does not exceed 20 gallons in capacity. No snakes, rodents, reptiles, insects, or other mammals are allowed.
